Too much dialogue.

And the onion in the pot just wasn't convincing as a metaphor for the tortured, multilayered dilemma faced by the tragically marked offspring of mixed-sex marriages trying desperately to find meaning (and a solid bargain) amongst the almost vertiginous array of brightly colored laundry detergent choices mockingly displayed floor to ceiling in the famous aisle 7 of the only Piggly-Wiggly open after 11pm in the existential hellhole of post-industrial Dubuque, Iowa . . . and the greater metropolitan Dubuque area.

It should have been a dog turd in hot canola oil.

Any first year film student knows THAT.

Nice camera work, though.

wait for the dialogue in his next short clip, the depth of the dialogue is insane, it gets to your bones.
