I'll keep this simple as I've been reading more.
I want a 27-29" screen. IPS technology. 1440P or better. And it has to work in vertical and horizontal orientations (needs to rotate on it's own). That's it.
Lowest price wins. But I will say that $350 is pushing it. $300 is a no brainer. And $400 needs a good reason.
