actually, i believe it refers to the fact that every girl has a milkshake, or a "special feature" that can entice guys. it can vary from being a feature on her, or something she can do exceptionally well that calls the guys over. at least, this is what it is according to kelis, the author and performer of the track (was on tv a week ago explaing what it is).

I think the song is catchy. Sure it's one I will grow tired of in three weeks but for now I'll listen to it. Yet another one that really makes no sense when you read the lyrics but a lot of songs are like that.
 
🙂 Thank the whatever higher being that; there are commercial free, anti-mainstream college radio stations. I wouldn't know what to do with myself if only clear channel and infinity(viacom) decided what songs I should listen to.

Though this booty milkshaking does arouse my instinctive sexual radar... I'm glad I'm not put through the torture of listening to a song my friends so greatly detest.

After seeing the video, you can be fairly certain that the song is about fellatio. There are phallic symbols through the whole video, such as her blowing into her milkshake at one point, and the milkshakes erupting closer to the end of the video, (and the list goes on).
