actually, i believe it refers to the fact that every girl has a milkshake, or a "special feature" that can entice guys. it can vary from being a feature on her, or something she can do exceptionally well that calls the guys over. at least, this is what it is according to kelis, the author and performer of the track (was on tv a week ago explaing what it is).

Thank the whatever higher being that; there are commercial free, anti-mainstream college radio stations. I wouldn't know what to do with myself if only clear channel and infinity(viacom) decided what songs I should listen to.
