I'll admit, I liked Ross Perot. He was quite a character who believed in America first and was against NAFTA. The problem was that he supported Bush during the last campaign which was a huge mistake. I hope Perot makes a run for president just to make things entertaining.

Even if he does not run, he is not going to get any support. He blew his chance to be a serious candidate. Plus EDS is now outsourcing stuff to other countries, which is not going to look good for him in this election cycle.

He'll graph Bush's lies and his deficit economy. It will be devastating and wonderful.

Who cares if he wins? American politics definitely needs ideas to replace the BS ideology that dominates the left and right. I had to hold my nose and vote during the last election but for the first time in my life I'm definitely voting against someone come 2004.

He sold off EDS, he doesn't have any part of it anymore.

I was a Perot supporter when he originally ran. When he pulled out of the race and then jumped back in he lost my respect. It was also during that time that he started ranting like a lunatic. Perot was a good man, hell of a businessman, and without question a patriot. It's just too bad he seems to have lost his mind and sees the CIA & KGB around every corner and at his daughter's wedding.

He should but fail not to remember he morphed from a fiscal tiger into Bush's lapdog almost overnight, almost as if shinerburke's CIA and KGB dopped him up with something to make him warm, cuddly and complacent.

I can actually see Perot making a decent attemp at winning the presidency :p I think he could get quite a few votes - most people are against Bush, but the candidates that the democratic party are throwing out aren't even decent. Perot could make a substantial gain :)

Well, while I'm not exactly a big Bush fan (stupid Republican....), it's dishonest to say that "Most people are against Bush." Look at the Polls

Never look at any polls, the only true poll is the people you talk to personally.

Out of say 20 people I have talked to on this , only one said they would vote for Bush again. Many of them also said they would not normally vote for a Democrat either so they would not vote at all.

Are you seriously saying that the 20 or so people that you talk to are a better indicator than the polls that talk to a thousand or more?

Yes sir, quite tasteless.

Aside from his illustrious military career, Admiral Stockdale is also recognized by liberals and conservatives alike as a highly accomplished scholar.

Well said but the press won't let the BS die. Makes for good copy.

Perot blew it when he withdrew siting threats on his daughters wedding or whatever. In the end he just elected Clinton, taking enough votes from Bush.

Remember when Perot ran, the press brought out the "all generaizations and no specifics" BS that they have already decided to use on Arnold.

There are about 60 days before the cal election, Arnold will have to get specific.

Has he got it in for the Bush family or something? First GHWB and now Dubya

I see him as getting enough detractors from the republican party to actually give the democrats a shot at winning

If he runs that will be why. God bless Ross baby. Him and Soros are true Patriots. Bush is a total disaster.
