I am on the 5.3.1 client (shhhhh... don't tell  )
Sounds like maybe I can take a shortcut and beg you for your bios settings.
I can adjust FSB (I assume this is the same thing as LDT on the DFI boards) and I can adjust memory (200, 166, etc...) and I can adjust HT multiplier and CPU multiplier (10 or less)
I read the overclocking toutorial thread and I think I understand it (assuming my "maximum memory speed adjustment" is the divider they talk about and FSB is the same thing as LDT.
my motherboard is the MSI K8N NEO2 -F

PS: Right now I am running at Tcore ~57, but the Artic Silver 3 hasn't had time to "cure" so assume in a couple days or so I'll be around 55 as is.
I haven't got an MSI (3 Asus, 2 Epox and one DFI) but as for BIOS settings, drop the memory multiplier down (assuming PC3200 here) to 166/333 and then increase FSB. Do a search for clockgen and install that, it allows you to increase FSB from within windows (assuming windows here). AS you increase FSB, the memory clock will increase too to get back close to 200, otherwise the memory would limit you. I'd also drop HTT down to 3x. Mind 57C sounds a bit high. My opteron 165@2.6 is only at 47C under load, with AS5 on.
Trux clients are pretty good, if you are using 5.3.1 I'm guessing that's what these are.
Hope that helps.
