the intro is pretty lame and it sounds like the music is off beat in places but if he's going to keep it, I think he should make it so that "committed efficiency" (what does that mean anyway?) doesn't show up then disappear and show up again. that face at the end of the intro looks kind of crappy also. "coding the www from the ground up" needs to go. the flash bar at the bottom of each page should definitely go. the color scheme looks fine but it's kind of strange only having that ugly red color in one place on the site. navigation .. I don't like the flag or the flagpole and the links look slightly blurry. rollovers might look nice also (nothing too flashy). the main body of the pages looks fine. it might look better if he set his paragraph alignment to justified. I don't like the little thing that sticks out on the top and he should probably get a logo. also, there are too many different fonts for my taste. the menu, title, slogan, page heading, and bottom bar all appear to be done in different fonts (title and menu might be the same actually .. I'm not sure). I didn't read everything that was written on the page so I'll assume he knows what he's doing in that regard. not that I'm in any position to correct him but...

EDIT: please oh please get rid of the flash intro. he can get a portfolio and put some flash animations in it if he's looking to show off his amazing skills.
