I don't even know what he was thinking - I think he slept into the afternoon and then was printing it and taking his sweet damn time before he realized what time it actually was.

I really cannot believe this - it is an aftereffects animation that between us took 3 days straight of animation.

Apparently - it's a finearts class and they like to be hardcore becuase we all know how useful finearts is in the real world.

Many clients reject proposals if they are a few minutes late.

In fact, the government has to reject them or they open themselves to litigation for showing favourtism. Welcome to the real world.
 
why the OP didnt hand it in is irrelevant. OP and his roommate had an agreement that roomie will hand it in and he might fail to live up to his side of the agreement

You guys are a team - just as much your responsiblity as his. You shouldn't have let him sleep in.

Hope he gets it in in time.

PS - I had to submit my University CS assignments electronically. If I was a millisecond late, they would be rejected and I would get a zero.

A lot of the other kids in the class would submit an hour or two early and then run "top" until the deadline passed. They would keep the space bar down basically killing the system so others couldn't finish/submit their work on time.

Funny, I have a friend there. I remember he had more than a few issues with professors there, most likely as they were hardass. That sucks, man.
