Roomate problems, one of my roomates is a flaky douche!

Ok I have two roomates. One of my roomates pays the rent/ cable and the other (the douche) takes care of the utility bill. I dont pay any bill directly, but I do pay them. We agreed on this when we drew straws for rooms and I got the smallest one. The douche got the biggest room, and my other roomate got the medium.

Anyways, the douche roomate is really odd. He is really overweight, plays with transformers by himself all the time, and is depressed. He is also a Klepto and lies ALOT. I tried to get him over his depression for a while by inviting him to go out drinkin with me and my friends, but he would just stand over my shoulder and not say anything with his arms crossed like a statue. He would suck the fun out of the night.

So anyways, as I was saying I just found out that he now owes my other roomate 4 MONTHS OF RENT, and did not pay the utility bill last month. My friends knew about this for a while, but did not tell me anything cause they were scared I would explode on him and beat him up or something.

We took his key away from him until he pays up the 1000$ + dollars he owes my roomate. I am probably gonna take the big room from him too, like tommorow night or something. Any suggestions on what to do?I have not seen him in weeks and he has been staying at his dads house and not answering our calls.

And better yet, as I said earlier he lies alot. He has some sort of man-crush with one of my friends and always tries to impress him. Recently he went to a star trek convention in vegas and told my friend that he always want to impress that he won 600 bucks in vegas but spent it all on booze and hookers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That liar!!!!!!

He said he was gonna pay half of it on Tuesday but never even attempted to.

you are gonna have to get money from hte parents. unemployed college students dont have a whole lot of cash laying around.
 
Ya, I've got a similar situation going on over here. My roomate and his girlfriend live with us, they have the big room with thier own bathroom so they pay more rent. Well my idioct roomate quite his good job and got some temp crappy one, now that one is done with and he doesnt have a job. Makes his girlfriend go out and work while he sits there and watches tv all day. He used to play WoW like 12+ hours a day untill i cut his goddamn internet. Anyways, just venting, he is a lazy puke and im sick of him
