i was wondering if i could oc it even more considering my idle is about 25c and load is 38c according to speedfan. the stepping is CAB2E 0546 UPMW. any input would be appreciated.

You could probably oc some more. Are you looking for benchmark scores or 24/7 reliability? If the latter, than use Prime95 to test for stability. You'll probably find that you have to raise the voltage anyway to get it Prime stable. Most people consider stock vcore +10% fairly safe with good air-cooling.
