Ron Paul wins MSNBC poll by a landslide

Isn't that the area he represents? and he only got thirty-something percent?

It's worse that we thought ... must suck to be him.

I see legend asks the real question--------Damn spammers, voting twice!

If you can vote twice, why stop there? Why not five times or 300? Only the length of time the poll is up is the delimiter. Since it takes finite time to vote in the poll, the answer cannot be infinite. Is it possible to write a computer program to automate the process? If so, multiple computers networked together with broadband might be a huge advantage.
Do computer programmers tend to be libertarian? And are they hacking into Diebold even as we speak?

The reason why internet polls are not valid is because they are a voluntary response poll. Shockingly enough, people on the internet who tend to vote in these sorts of polls overwhelmingly picked Paul. It says nothing for how popular he really is though.

this is the poll for the michigan debate

should I be getting fitted for a tin foil cap? There's no way to rig this poll, is there?

Nice troll thread

Not really sure what you mean? Your usual useless drive-by postings aside, I'm interested in how you can possibly think this is a troll thread.

Unless you're another RP supporter, then it's par for the course. keep voting for your man - the primaries will make quick work of your ilk soon enough.

Amen

you can say that about any candidates supporters. Personally, I look at a candidates' positions and base my vote on that, rather than any supporters the candidate has. Positions are reason enough for any level-headed person to stay away from RP.

Is voting/not voting for a candidate based on their supporters some sort of new dem strategy? "Anybody but bush" isn't working anymore?

No but anyone but a Republican works.

To daveymark who asks---Is voting/not voting for a candidate based on their supporters some sort of new dem strategy? "Anybody but bush" isn't working anymore?

What kind of absurd political spin is this? To blame dimorats for an uniquely republirat candidate? Last time I checked, Ron Paul is not running in any democratic primaries.
And if his supporters are to be believed, he is eating every others Republican candidate's lunch.

And how will I am just like GWB work for a Republican strategy if Ron Paul is not the Republican nominee?

I once again ask that everyone AGAINST Dr. Paul for president post there objections here. 🙂

Me for one. I am totally repulsed by EVERY REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE INCLUDING RON PAUL.

Sadly, I am not sure not enthused by the democratic candidates either.

But cheer up, I won't cheat. I limit myself to only one vote.

I heard Ron Paul carries the cure for cancer around in his back pocket, but Chuck Norris won't let him show it to anyone... it's crazy, I know... that's just what I heard...

I heard that Ron and Bush were really Tight... They are trying to get his man in again through the back door....

ScottMac and Ron Paul threads: like a moth to a flame. It hilarious to see him get red face and flustered every time one gets posted.

*organ grinder music*

...And BoberFett, with (still) nothing substantial to say, resorts to person attacks (and fairly unimaginitive ones at that).

At least you've apparently given up on supporting your loser candidate; progress by the millimeter is still progress I suppose ... a move in the right direction.

You are the perfect example of a RP suporter (assuming you haven't moved on to another loser).

He just won't stop dancing!

You know what's gonna be funny is if our two candidates in 2008 are Hillary and Rudy, but when all the numbers come in from Diebold machines, they show Ron Paul wins with 90% of the votes. 😀

I've maintained that a Republican stands a snowball's chance in hell of getting elected, and probably for generations to come, if one ever gets elected again. The GOP may very well be dinosaur bones.

No I'm not a Ron Paul supporter, but I find your post to be a troll since you are feigning ignorance about the poll. No need to start another thread for the same useless drivel you and other post in every RP thread.

Wait, shouldn't we be telling people to get their "tin foil hats"? Everyone saying Ron Paul supporters are somehow screwing with the poll results are in a conspiracy theory of their own. Which the first sentence may apply:laugh:

I'm a marxist scholar and borderline communist who believes that the president's primary job should be to look pretty, be a nice guy/gal, and work on improving foreign relations while doing his/her best to try and do absolutely nothing substantive at home.

what does ron paul have to offer me?

Internet polls don't count for shit.

So, either all of Ron Paul supporters are either stupid or delusional when it comes to poll results.

If he wins the first four primaries then he is worth noting, but if he fails to come in the top two of any two of them he is just another has been

Yeah, I also don't trust that poll at all either. MSNBC + internet poll = less that confidence inspiring. I mean, they had Chris Matthews as the moderator, that should tell you something right there. Russert I don't mind so much, but Matthews and Olbermann - forget about it. Did anyone see Thompson stick it back to him when Chris messed with him?
