Hell, even Ron Paul doesn't think he can win the election...

http://news.yahoo.com/paul-odds-winning-presidency-slim-possible-051332440.html

Paul: Odds of winning presidency slim but possible

It's because he's aware of how things work and of what a joke our political system is.

There's been a campaign against Ron Paul from the start. Really, the fact that he's leading polls is amazing given that the media either blacks him out or outright slanders him if he does get mentioned.

I'd like to see Romney get 5% of any poll if he got no media coverage.

Don't you find it ironic and hypocritical that you say " paulbots " over and over again w\ other people like you because you heard it somewhere in the media or on a radio show?

Speaking for myself, I like Ron Paul because alot of his points are simply common sense. Ron Paul supporters don't have a list of catch phrases or talking points ( like bots do ). They simply talk about common sense issues and things that actually matter.
Like fostering a world where oppressing minorities can make a comeback?

I don't think you know what ironic means. Repeating words you happen to hear or read isn't the same thing as being a bot the way I'm talking about with Paulbots, because otherwise that characterization applies to everyone on the planet that learned words from adults during their childhood as they grew up. It's a meaningless statement. But continue, lol.

Paulbots have plenty of catchphrases and words they repeat ad-nauseam, most of which they seemingly don't understand. They include, but are not limited to:

1. Freedom
2. Liberty
3. Constitution
4. State's rights
5. Spending
6. Big government

If they understood any of them they'd be able to easily dismiss Paul's stances, particularly those on abortion, civil rights and big government.

You're hopelessly lost if you think Paul doesn't get significant media coverage. I'll make it easy for you; click here

Yeah, sorry for addressing you.. I should have known better.

What is ironic is that you use the term paulbot. Bot coming from robot, doing as instructed, not thinking for themselves etc...

The ironic part is that you're in here calling people paulbots. So you're simply parroting things other people have said. So, you're the bot in the situation.

And beside that you're just an idiot.

None of the stuff you listed off is a catchphrase. Freedom and liberty are things that any american should want to protect. If you're against protecting freedom, liberty and the constitution, you're not american.

But you're such an idiot you probably sat back from 2000-2008 condemning bush and then cheering obama for the same actions, since you're an idiot.

So, run along. I'm through with you kiddo.

You're a fucking idiot.

Sorry, but this deserved it's own quote post. If you're too dumb to see the blatant black balling and smearing of Ron Paul all year, you have no hope at all.

All year all of the major media outlets have been telling the dumb people who sit in front of their tv's that they can either vote for [flavor of the month candidate] or romney because Paul can't be elected.

That's the only mention paul gets.

Look at the news now. Paul has been leading on most polls in iowa and yet most media outlets outright refuse to say that Ron Paul is #1. They had no problem saying that Gingrich, a lying, cheating, stealing, slimey bastard was #1... but they just can stomach it that Ron Paul is #1.

That's not really fair. Paul was all in favor of removing government oppression, he just drew the line at restricting the rights of private business owners. I have a lot of sympathies with those views even though in the end I'm in favor of the restrictions of the '64 Civil Rights Act. Sometimes government has to infringe on the rights of the majority to protect the rights of the minority. Life doesn't always give us a right choice and a wrong choice, lots of times we have to choose between shades of gray and balance the good and the bad.

Just as Ron Paul is the antithesis of the Republican establishment much more so than is Obama, so too is he the antithesis of the media much more so than is the Republican establishment. The two parties are more alike than not.

That doesn't necessarily make Paul right, though, just different. A kick in the balls is more different from a kick in the head than is a kick in the throat, but a kick in the balls is still not a desirable thing.

In no universe can using the suffix "bot" and appending it to Ron Paul's name be considering parroting what other people have said. I'm sorry to tell you, but if me hearing the term "Paulbot" before in my life and then using that word because it fits you turds perfectly is something you consider "ironic", then your reasoning applies to everyone that ever lived and it's a pointless characterization. You can continue saying these things but at this point you're just embarrassing yourself.

And beside that you're just an idiot.

None of the stuff you listed off is a catchphrase. Freedom and liberty are things that any american should want to protect. If you're against protecting freedom, liberty and the constitution, you're not american.

First, I called them words, not just catchphrases, that Paulbots repeat. Second, I said many Paulbots don't actually understand the words and catchphrases they use. I listed them for you, saying nothing about the validity of the ideas.

In the future please read carefully because, again, you're further embarrassing yourself.

But you're such an idiot you probably sat back from 2000-2008 condemning bush and then cheering obama for the same actions, since you're an idiot.

So, run along. I'm through with you kiddo.

You were through long ago when you wimped out of explaining your positions.

You're a fucking idiot.

Lol, you're such a turd this isn't even fair. The exact opposite of what you say is EASILY verifiable with simple Internet searches. The polls show Paul is not electable. He barely cracks double digits nationally and his ideas are unpopular. Don't believe me? Polls are absolutely, uniformly in agreement, try here, here and here.

Still confused? Seek a college education.

Again, you're horridly slow if you can't see the media has talked about Paul leading in Iowa. Google is your friend.

The problem here is that you're trying to bring up reality with a Paulbot. These people follow an economic theory that does not associate with reality or real world numbers or anything else except for fairy tales. You cannot use actual data from polls with them because they refuse to accept the real world, just like that crazy old racist troll of a man, Ron Paul.

Yup, and it's why Chainspell/airdata won't ever nut up and address this topic. When you don't understand the things you're parroting, it's easier to just claim you don't want to spend the time/effort when challenged.

I suspect within a few weeks and several more 3rd or 4th place finishes they'll finally admit that Ron Paul never had a snow ball's chance in hell of getting the GOP nomination.

Whatever is on at the gym or the times I have the news on while I'm eating dinner.

That and all of the yahoo stories I see when checking my email. I don't see how any of this is up for debate. There's been a clear campaign against Ron Paul in the media all year.

The fact that he had the same number of delegates and just 4k votes short is pretty amazing.

You have to take into account the percentage of voters who sit at home in front of the tv and have idiots telling them ron paul is not electable all day when they're not outright ignoring him or trying to say he's racist.

Ron Paul is showing anybody smart enough to notice just how corrupt and pointless the political process is in this country.

Ron Paul doesn't need to buy farmers a tractor to get votes, that's for damn sure.

That honestly isn't what anybody is saying.

My argument is just how currupt the system is.

Why does Ron Paul have no chance? Because people in the media parrot that over and over until everybody watching their shows does too ( like you, first and other people who can't think for themselves ).

If the media started telling everybody newt gingrich was jesus, guess what.. he'd be back at number 1. You can't deny the power of Ron Paul though... When has anybody in the main stream media said anything nice about him? He wins a debate and they talk about some candidate nobody has heard of... same ol story all year.

Have you considered that a large number of Ron Paul's positions are enormously unpopular? They are, you know.

Odd that you think the huge majorities of the country that don't agree with you should get out. He's running in a democratic election, and he's going to lose... bad. He's going to lose badly because people don't like his policies.

That's called democracy. If you don't like it, gtfo.

Lol online polls.

Ron Paul has never won the only straw poll that anyone in the entire country cares about, which is the one Bachmann won. (people shouldn't even care about that one) In this case as is normal, Ron Paul wins on the internet and loses in real life.

Maybe you guys should just elect him president of the internet.
