If Roku did Hulu streaming, I'd have one on every TV. Between Netflix and Hulu, I'd have 95% of my TV watching covered. The only things that would make it more perfect would be a way to watch NFL games and a way to download the current torrent of Top Gear, both of which are never gonna happen.

And if it was a combo HD DVD/Blu Ray player with up conversion of SD DVD to 1080p.

Been awhile. But MLB has been added for awhile and soon MediaFly & Blip.TV

10 channels are promised before 2010.

The SDK is on it's way, which will allow all sorts of content. A few media companies are testing it right now. Which ones are unknown?

Rumors of YouTube coming, which would add there free movies and shows.

An app store for adding and removing custom channels should be on it's way.....Heard a few blurbs about it.

Looking good for this little box.

Oh as for Hulu. I guess the content providers don't want to loose $$$ on people choosing to watch the content streaming on TV and not when it airs on TV. So Hulu is not allowed to stream away from PCs.

Why they can't stream some content like older tv shows or movies? I have no idea.....

What streaming video or audio out there do you want to see on the Roku?

It'd be great if someone showed the old ellery queen shows starring jim hutton on there. 😎

I think Fearnnet.com & crackle.com would be nice on the box. Need some free horror!

Well crackle has other stuff too.

Anyways more free access to movies & tv shows would be awesome.

Where's the uPnP/DLNA support? 🙁

Probably the reason they don't have it is because I have no idea what that is.

I believe it's streaming the media on your PC to the Roku.

I hope when the app store comes and SDK. That Boxee get's a channel on the Roku, then it would be easy to add Hulu unofficially. Or maybe some other way. The SDK could do allot of cool stuff.

I use the LG BR player LG 390 with wireless media, netflix, youtube and more. Couldn't be happier. Best all in one media player I ever found, and I tried them all, including the roku.
If you got your roku from ebay, you might have got it from me???
Youtube looks better using the LG390 than a pc. Full screen.
But this is a roku thread... sorry.

I really like Pandora and revision3. I've never watched revision3 before but they seem to have some pretty cool tech shows. I like hak5. My wife is loving Pandora because one of the biggest things that we missed when we dropped cable were the music stations. It's nice having that back again.
