its easy. someone needs to make a "server" for you to connect to, or you make it so someone can connect to you, when connected, you press F12 and hold it to talk, while holding it, it transmits it over to ther other person/people, when you release it, its sent.

Ok I put up a server 24.24.204.68 Password same as neo's server but still I find it useless for a cuple reasons

1) You need a server for each team
2) A voice system should be built into CS (or any other game) so it can automatically have the teams set up with it.
3) Teams will be screwy and confusion with the Roger Wilco servers.
4) You should probally use a headset which messes up your audio because you wont be able to hear thing you normally would with regular headphone or speakers.
5) Only 1 person has connected to the server

So its not really as useful as it seems.

Also, Raoger Wilco seems to kill bandwidth for modem users. We had echoes and delays like you wouldn't believe and that was in Baldur's Gate!!!
