I don't get the howls of derision, first of all the interview took place on TV, a medium that frequently requires people to SPEAK words..

additionally she used the phrase in the negative sense that she didn't consider herself to be one, isn't the derision usually reserved for people who use these phrases to describe themselves ?

Also, I saw the full interview, which took place on live TV. That can be a challenging thing for anyone but she performed very well and also came across as quite smart, ethical, and probably capable of bringing most of us to our knees, hack-wise, if she wanted too.
