My little bro found out the hard way when he was playing a game and decided to flick back to Desktop....he wasn't that impressed 🙂
 
if it only happens while switching from a game back to the desktop then its either the video drivers or that game itself, most likely the video drivers.
 
Well, you posted it in Off Topic. You might get a more serious answer if you posted it in General Hardware where it belongs.
