SCOTUS on fire? Hey look, we agree on something.

Luna what's it like to fail so completely at being an American? Being so clueless and obtuse, it's not an act with you is it? I wish you could understand how bad you traitors look to rational people.

Overturning Lawrence and Obergefell would let states ban LGBTQ sex and marriage again. Sure sounds like religious zealots dictating laws to me.

About 90% of the gay people I know in Texas are either in the process of departing the state or strongly considering it due to the likely legal discrimination coming down the line. We all expect the worst and this court wants to deliver.

Ironically making the situation worse, since there's less blue voters as a result.

They can play dirty all they want, unless something is done about the fillibuster nothing will happen. Even splits in Congress with people like Manchin in office don't help.

I like how the opinion mentions that people are still free to flee states banning abortion to get them elsewhere but...well... the right to interstate travel is also not in the Constitution. Under this precedent I don't see why conservative states couldn't create a law where pregnant people were not permitted to leave the state.

I think Missouri was working on a version that punished women that went out of state to have one done.

We are going to see top tier nutty laws get passed in the states that are so absurd people will struggle to comprehend they are real.
