yeah it looks like it may be a shoot-out with the bullpens coming in early. mcclelland behind the plate has been really inconsistent for both pitchers also, making some bad calls for pitches on the corner and around the knees.

oh blow it out your ass cal. cant disagree with one call?! calling a good game? gtfoh...

edit: ok seriously, clark is sucking it up out there in center. now i really miss cameron's d.

edit2: clark you motherfu....

edit3: fuck it, put cameron in there with the messed up thumb. he can roll the ball into the infield after a play for all i care. itd be better than what brady is doing out there.

You know he's going to come up in a 'redeem thyself' situation...
cameron is a free agent this year. i dont care if his bat isnt that great, sign him for whatever he wants. the runs he doesnt produce gets returned in the runs he saves.

edit: damn, are we gonna have to watch and see tbs man-on-the-street type segments all postseason long?

and by "watch and see" i mean "suffer".

edit: tie game on a misplayed ball by holliday in left. leading run is now in scoring position at 2nd base.

40 man. thats why you're seeing call-up's pinch hitting every so often in these innings. regular season rules still apply.

edit: top 13th. hopefully the padres can actually drive someone in if they get someone on base.
