(Except, there's no way I'm getting on a bike that accelerates from 0 to 60 in 4 seconds.)
How about 0 to 45 in 4 seconds? I can handle that...
We did this a long time ago with a 2 DynaJet engines mounted on each side of the rear wheel. It worked alright but was terribly loud and apt to catch the ground on fire when you started it.
