Rock The Bells?

I dunno, it is going to rain. Plus those shows attract a really young crowd. Last time I was at a show on Randalls Isle, I was working. That was the Warped tour back in like '96.
 
not randalls island but the mccovey cove show in san fran. works out well for me because i also get to see hieroglyphics. let me know if mos brings a live band with him or not.

What an incredible show. Cypress hills set was SICK! Wu Tang was totally insane. RATM was Complete pandemonium.

the venue sucked. What the hell were they doing only letting people into the main stage area through two tiny gates. RETARDED. Let people come and go freely.

Also no place to sit is totally dumb. Put in a a couple benches jesus.
 
I WAS THERE!!!!!!!!!! I missed the Saturday show, and got in on the SUnday which rained out like a MOFO!

nevertheless, it was so incredible to see the crowd in unison for WU and Rage... i was about 40yd from the stage at the center which was nice.. what a worth while trip

You go to the biggest concert of the summer and want to sit? what are you, 30? 😉

I really wanted to go, but I rarely pay over $20 for shows these days. Small venues are where it's at.

standing for 9 hours is ridiculous. Im not talking about a 3 hour show here. Plus it was like 20 mins between acts. 20 mins times 8 acts = almost 2.5 hours of potential sit and recharge time that nobody had. I've been to other bigger shows before...this was one of the dumbest set ups I've ever seen.
 
I was there. Got there at one and stood in the front section till rage went on where i moved up to just about the front of the stage. Totally crazy and totally awesome. It was HOT as hell tho.

Cypress Hill was awesome, but Rage just totally owned.
