Robot Fighting Game

I used to play a game that was so much fun with robots fighting on different levels that mainly consisted of open areas whether a City or landscape, not a small fighting arena. You could upgrade your weapons and armor with wins and play different levels. I liked it at the time because there weren't a bunch of games like this out where you could play against the computer instead of having to have a friend. It was a pretty solid game for its time which I remember to be the 90s. I can't find it anywhere. I do recall Dave and Busters used to have a similar arcade game.
 
One thing I just remembered was I think there was a function where you could jump/jet up in the air easily with one button. Not flying but a jet boost from the feet giving large ability to jump.
