An impostor pretending to be Secretary of State Marco Rubio contacted foreign ministers, a U.S. governor and a member of Congress by sending them voice and text messages that mimic Rubio’s voice and writing style using artificial intelligence-powered software

How can they tell?

At least it wasn't Desantis, there'd be absolutely no way to tell which one was the robot.

Will probably see much more of this moving forward.

The real question is...was the imposter a human using AI or AI itself probing our defenses?

That's one of the first things that came to my mind. How could you tell? Rubio just relays what he's told to do. Turned into a complete panty waste. Although, not nearly as obnoxious as Pompeo was/is.

What’s the beef with sycophancy. It’s a highly successful strategy and logical, even genetically programmed behavior. We live in a culture run by Alphas and submission is survival mandated for any playing the game. All one needs is a lack of character and personal pride and any who lack them have a leg up in the game. It’s only natural that others will try to use you.

Long as Robo Rubio can say "yes master" and "harder daddy" it should fit right in at the White House.
