I just got back from it and I thought it was an amazing film. It's definately for the film dork type crowd. It had amazing cinematography and great acting. It went slow which may throw off some "blockbuster" movie watchers, but it kept me at full attention the entire time. The film really puts you in the head of Sy (Robin Williams)..which is definately a place you don't want to be.

this pretty much explains it...

sitting through that film to having someone put a tarantula on my arm for 2 hours.

"That was fvcked...." is what i said after I saw it.

I recommend it to anyone who doesn't need explosions and sex in a movie. I guess it's for people with a longer attention span. GO SEE IT!

Susan and I just got back from seeing "Sy".

Awesome flick, not for the mainstream narrow minded crowd though.

Just caught this yesterday. What a great film. A stunning performance by one of my favorite actors, with a lot of memorable lines 🙂 Definitely see this if you are lucky enough to have it showing in your area.

Question about the movie.

After Sy was fired from "Sav-Mart" he came in to have a roll of film developed, Yoshi brought the pics to the manager ... the pics were of the manager's daughter, right?

I think that is correct.

Very cool movie. The really scary thing is that Sy looks EXACTLY like my single uncle. *shudder*

Saw it....I have to agree...excellent movie. Goes to show what a quality story and acting can do......very simplistic yet very engaging!!!!

Just saw it tonight. GOOD movie, but SERIOUSLY f*&ked up 😀

Lumberg was a jackass as usual 😀
