roadrunner wireless

ok so one of my friends has roadrunner wireless, and reinstalled her computer. when she tried to connect to the router, it asks for the WAP key.

she's using the entire package given to her by roadrunner- the wireless kit- which they set up. would anyone know if there's some "default" password or something?

im kind of curious also. my friend keeps calling me with the same exact problem, but i never have enough time to sit down and figure it out. if i had the answer right off the bat, i could just make a call and make it a whole lot easier.

im kind of curious also. my friend keeps calling me with the same exact problem, but i never have enough time to sit down and figure it out. if i had the answer right off the bat, i could just make a call and make it a whole lot easier.

They won't tell you because even the customer isn't supposed to know.

Am I not correct in that RoadRunner charges a monthly fee to use their wireless equipment? I've got RR myself, but would never EVER trust them for anything else but the connection.

Why not just buy the equipment for cheap after rebate from somewhere like Best Buy??

Tell your friend she is getting reemed.
