Road TriP...Where should I go?

ok...I need to go somewhere for a 2.5 day trip out of town...

Starting Location: Los Angeles

Criteria: No Camping.

1 day drive to destination.

1 day drive back.

Starting Sunday night ~9pm - Tuesday.

any suggestions? (wife want's to go to Grand Canyon...is that possible in 2 days?)

It could be a 4 day road trip if someone comes up with a solution for me.

Problem: My wife took monday and tuesday off. So basically we have a 4 day weekend. Why only a 2 day roadtrip? ......Cause my FF league is drafting on Sunday night 8:30pm.....hahahahaha.......

If I start on Saturday morning....I HAVE TO HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION BY SUNDAY NIGHT 8:30PM...

Maybe drive over to Sedona, stay there and then drive up to the Grand Canyon from there.

naw i am 21...but no Vegas....i'm gonna end up spending too much $$$$$$...

But Sedona sounds interesting....then up to the canyon.....and use tuesday to drive back??/

how many hours/miles to Sedona???
