Our company emails are not going through to @rr.com email addresses. I need to talk to someone there to take us off their block list.

its usally more than that... @wi.rr.com, or @ca.rr.com etc (state abberviation)

However VERY often I see emails bounce back from our server becuase of RR's email server(s) sucking. If I try to send myself an email from home from work, it will more often than not fail on the 1st/2nd attempt. RR's email server are notoriously pure sh!t and they do nothing about it
