Jesus, the crowd is dead. It's as if, strangely, they've heard this speech before...?

I think that's just your perception because you're so blinded by your vitriolic partisan hate.
Or maybe, by comparing the crowd during the entire Palin speech to tonight, I've come to the conclusion that McSame isn't a very motivational public speaker.

Speaking of the Palin speech - where'd you get those Nielsen ratings you posted this morning?

that's a fair enough assessment... but there were a lot more partisan jabs in Palin's speech put in there to rile up the crowd.

He's going over a lot of core dem issues, may have more of an effect on the independts than some thing.

Also starting to hit energy policy stuff.

What are you talking about McCain only wants to lower the taxes on the rich 🙂.

shhh, don't let them poor mexicans know that.

I like McCain, not going to vote him probably, but that guy has made so many promises tonight he would have to serve 3 terms to get it all done.

Legit question - what's an approximation of the amount of time, from groundbreaking, to get a nuclear plant up and running? Anybody know?

You have a hydrogen fuel cell ready for mass production tomorrow or alternatives for the billions of regular day items that are made with some form of a petroleum product?

Only if you're married with children, what about single, unwed, people? As usual, we get the shaft.

No need for child credits...if you can't afford to have kids...don't have any. 🙂

I thought Cindy McCain's presentation was classy, understated, and could have appealed to a broad range of voters (if the previous circus like roll out of Palin hadn't turned him into a laughing stock).

Now, however, those jingoistic chants of "USA" may just serve to remind many viewers of how the Bush Administration misled us into war precisely when he is trying to create distance between himself and Bush.

If we "drill now", the first drop of oil from the new wells won't hit the market for 7 years.
