OKay...I've got what I consider to nearly be a dead 8k7a (won't recognize RAM sometimes, locks up constantly in Windows...etc.) I want to RMA it to EPoX, but I can't seem to find ANY RMA contact info on their site - the support section is horribly designed and there is no seemingly available contact information on the website. I read on the site that they only RMA to direct customers, and that the retailer I bought the board from would handle the RMA. Is this true? It seems unlikely to me that a 3rd-party would handle the RMA's - anybody know how exactly it works?

I had no problem returning a board to them. They also sent me a BIOS chip for free. I called Support: 714-680-0695 (M-F 9-5pm PST) and got my RMA #. Now abit is another story. I thought I was going to have to go over there and crack some heads to get an RMA. :disgust:
