I either have a bad motherboard or a bad CPU (I got them both off Newegg) I'm RMAing the motherboard, but if that doesnt work, then im stuck with a bad CPU. How do I go about RMAing a intel CPU, and is it easy?

Um, you aren't supposed to get a no memory beep, with memory installed. They do it that way on purpose.Originally posted by: Markfw900

I can say from personal experience, that is not quite right. With the Patriot memory in, no post beep, and everything spun up. I changed the memory, and the same PS, motherboard and cpu are now running at 3409 mhz, so they obviously aren;t bad.

No one has answered the original question.
It is very easy to RMA intel. Call support, their number is in your setup folder. They will email you shipping information and you just send the cpu to them and they will ship a new one immediately. It took about 4 business days for me toget a new E6400.
