the guy on the phone I spoke to said they just released an upgraded model so that's what they'll be sending. But, they won't have any in stock anytime soon. Is this how most big companies handle rma's when they're oos? The player I sent in was about 5 months old, now I'm going to be without a DVD player for who knows how long. I don't expect a HD-DVD replacement for my $100 one, but they could at least send me something...
