RMA + Return with ZipZoomFly

Not sure if this is the right forum, but I just RMAed my HD to ZipZoomFly, I couldn't wait, so when I called them, they told me I could cancel the RMA, even though I already sent back the drive to them, and when they receivedit, it would be treated as a return, and then I could order a new one from their weeb site and I would be credited. Now, do I have to order from them? Can't I order from another site, because they are rejecting my credit card number for some reason, even though I just used it a week ago to order something from them. Anyone?
 
No, you must order from ZZF. You can't order from anywhere else from any other vendor, or bad things will happen to you and your credit card.
 
Call them and ask their exact policy. I belive you can get a refund, but you will probably have to pay a restocking fee.
 
You can return it for a refund. You only have 15 days from the date shipped on it though since it is a harddrive.

1-2 week processing time...kinda long if you ask me.
