I'm going to RMA a HDD to seagate...how long does it take to get one back? Do they ship out a new one as soon as they recieve mine, or do they try to repair mine first?

Usualy takes two weeks to receive the replacement and its 50/50 if you get a new drive or refurb drive.

Nope. I've RMA'd a few drives to seagate and I got refurbs both times. You might end up with a substituted drive though if they're out of stock on your drive!
