RMA Question

I RMA'ed my 6870, What are the chances I will get a newer card back? Sapphire HD 6870

You could always ask Sapphire what card you are getting.

I don't remember seeing anytime about AMD doing that. I have seen Nvidia do it quite a few times though.

You'll get an equivalent card back. If it's unrepairable, they will send you the same one if they have stock. If they do not, you'll get a newer card that's equivalent (6870... probably a 7850).

Although I would think they would still have large amounts of 6870s left.
