RMA Question...

So I sent a motherboard to Gigabyte (it had fried two CPUs) and they "repaired" it. If it burns another CPU, do you think I am entitled to a new motherboard? I'm not expecting anyone here to be an RMA expert, I was just wondering if someone had a similar situation.

Thanks

I suggest an opti ups avr ss1200 voltage stabilizer. Sounds like you have a voltage spike going on. It may not be the board. I would also change power supplies at least temporarily. The opti is only $21.99 at newegg.
