if i am going to RMA the board, do i have to have every single pieces of cable and equipment such as those USB and SATA slot....etc?

THX!

when you call for rma confirmation, they will specifically tell you not to include accessories. Board Only. Make sure you put it in anti-static bag and protect the board w/ the soft foams. It will take about 2 weeks to get a replacement back. It comes in a white box w/ different serial #. Unless they are able to fix it, or found absolutely no problems w/ your board.

did your board die on you? mine did. i had to do an RMA through newegg. if you bought from them, i would RMA through them. it's pretty fast. i had to include all the accessories. newegg requires it or else you will have to pay for the missing items. according to newegg:

RMA Replacement

If you receive a defective item and would like to exchange it for a replacement of the same make and model, select RMA Replacement. Most of our products, unless otherwise specified (view warranty information), can be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. Please note that all packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and/or documentation must be included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer, for your return to be processed.
