I just bought an 8rda+ out of the for sale/trade forums and when it showed up it was damaged. The seller wouldn't stand behind it but said he would send me the receipt to RMA it. Will a comapny actually replace this since it sin't really a warranty issue or am I just screwed here? I am pretty bummed out and feeling like I got the short end but hoping somone can give me a little guidance. TIA!!

 
jaeger, In fact this is a retail board that was RMA'd from the beginning, this guy bought a replacement while waiting for it and when he got this he sold it because he already had a replacement. But thank you for your input.
