I got a nice matched pair of ram (2x512MB). The other one gives a whole bunch of errors on memtest, but the other is clean. Do I need to RMA them both?

Yes, definitely.. and don't let them mickey-mouse you.. You are entitled to a matched pair.. that's what you paid for. If it's Corsair, you shouldnt have any problems.

Thanks

It's Kingston and I have the RMA arranged already. I asked that just to make sure, since I won't be able to use my computer during the RMA process. With the one stick, I would have been. And they won't send me back a matched pair if I only send them one stick, won't they? ;)

That's right.. Send one stick, get one stick in return.
