RMA new Vid card from Newegg...

Does anyon know the policy or have experience RMA'ing something to Newegg when they do not have the same in stock? Do they just replace with a similar? Do I get store credit? I received RMA approval, but before i send it in, I want to make sure i dont get stuck without a video card for a few weeks. (card works but is very buggy)
