RMA my card?

My gtx660 arrived this morning, and when I opened the box this is what I discovered....2 small pieces originally soldered to the pcb have broken off and are in the box. Here is a pic. Is this a big deal? I have not tried the card yet, but thought I should ask around the forums to get some input.

I'd say definitely. You have proof something was there and broken off. I would not try it.

I would rma for the peace of mind even if it turns out to be a non issue.

Yes RMA it..... grab a temp card from frys or something.. gl
