OK here is the deal I want to know what rma is beside return Material authoursation?? because here is the deal I have a Abit KT7 board and today when I was playing I got a hellashio's spark out of my system blew the breaker in my house and now it NO work I tryed another power supply and it did the same think as soon as I pluged in the power in the back of the puter so I am guessin that the motherboard is damaged in some way now would it be cheaper for me to send it in and get it RMA'ed or just throw it away and get a new board and I also have a new in the box amptron with a duron 800 that has never made it past some BIOS block thing in the post and when I sent it back to the place I bought it from they said I have the cmos clear jumper in the wrong positon and sent it back well need less to say it still dose not work and I have lost paitent's with this company so it is just sitting under my bed ...

so what would any of you guys suggest and give me what RMA really is because I am guessin that it only applys to new item's but as always I can and am often wrong??? thanks..

If you have a proof of purchase of the motherboard that proves that it's still on waranty, then you can contact Abit and ask for a RMA number. If not, you can send it back to the manufacturer... (Or maybe you can find someone who bought that mobo later than you and that is still covered by the waranty :p hehehehe).

Otherwise, if your sure that your mobo is dead, you can't do anything about it...
