Calling soyo and sent off an e-mail. I am going to call mwave back and ask them what do they do with RMA boards when they arrive.
 
Did you ship by either UPS or FedEx? If so, you might be able to get them to recall the package for you (if they haven't already delivered it)
 
Its already been delievered to Mwave....

This is from Soyo. Maybe I can get it back from mwave.
Dear Customer,

we have not yet received the Mwave shipment but I am sure that they will not
send it us because if there is anything on the board we have to reject the
board back to the distributor.
