I'm having a bit of concern about my monitor. There's a slight wavy line going down the whole length of the screen. What is causing this? I just got the monitor (a KDS vs-19sn 19&quot😉 a week or two ago and I just noticed it.
 
I'm using Yamaha ystms30w speakers. I turned them off and the wavy line is still there. I degaussed it already... literally 10 times.
 
maybe you should bring it back to the vendor. was it like that when you bought it? cuz it could be a manufacturing defect...

 
I have an old 15" monitor by KDS that had a wavy line about 2 inches from the side. It was really bothersome with a black screen, but when I got a tnt2 and cranked up the refresh rate it went away. If I had to do it over, I would have ditched the monitor when I had the chance. I also have a KDS vs-19sn. I'm on my third one. KDS has a good return ploicy, so keep sending them back until you get a good one. I'm still using my 17" CTX as my main monitor and the 19" KDS on my old system so you can see how impressed I am with it.
