jehovah, there is an NES emulator for the GBA. u would need a writeable cart with the programmer though. a cheap one should not cost a lot depending on the size of the writeable disk. i think it goes from 4Mbit to like 256Mbit. on my old 8Mbit cart that i sold, you could fit A LOT of NES roms on there so a 4Mbit one should suffice. basically you just download the emulator, stick it in the same directories as the roms, and run a program that makes it all into one package readable by the GBA. then u use the programmer to write the file to the cart and u play it like a normal GBA game. it boots up, and lets u select the rom, etc. pretty neat.
