Hey guys,
I used the new Rivatuner to implement a refresh-rate fix on my XP install. It worked great -- all of me refresh-rates are now locked at the max supported by my monitor at all resolutions.
However, ever since I rebooted after the refresh fix I get odd start menu and quick launch icons that seem to be corrupted. For example the "e" that is the icon for IE looks like its cut in half -- and then the back is shown first and the front shown second (almost like a wrap-around effect). I fixed a lot of the cicons my manually reloading them -- but I wan to know how to fix them otherwise.
Everthing else on the system is dead solid perfect.
Please help??
BTW, while messing with the quick launch I deleted the "Show Desktop" shortcut -- how do I get it back??
