For whatever reason, trying to use PayPal, it constantly showed the $28.99 price, instead of the discounted price.

Ended up using my PayPal MasterCard instead.

I've noticed that with PayPal lately, and Newegg. They've switched to using PayPal's "express" checkout, and when you get sent to PayPal, the amount shown on PayPal's web page, is usually the order total, without tax/shipping included, but also without combo discounts or promo codes. When you click "OK" on PayPal's web site, and get sent back to Newegg, they show the actual amount as "Grand Total", and then you can hit the final checkout button. I've always been charged the amount shown in the final checkout, and not the amount shown on the PayPal login screen. It sure is confusing and a bit disconcerting though.
