I bought four spindles of DVD-R when they were this price before. Sadly, I haven't had the occasion to use any of them yet, so I cannot say as to the quality of these discs. But under $20 for a 100-spindle is a good deal in my book.

I also used to pick up 100-spindles of Verbatim DVD+R media at OfficeMax occasionally on sale for $20 or $22. I considered that to be a deal too.

What happened to DVD media prices? Like you, I remember getting Verbatim +R 50-packs at BB or Officemax for $10. Haven't see those prices in a while.

i guess theyre becoming obsolete. i think cd's will outlast dvd's as bluray takes over. someday i think cd's will be replaced with rom chips but until then the digital vinyl will probably hold the standard.
