People working on assembly lines get paid a huge amount of money. $46,800 for 2 years of experience? No college degree necessary? I wonder how much they get paid with 10-15 years on the job.

dude, that salary is more then some people w/college degrees working IT Helpdesk! High school diploma just to look at VTEC engines all day - where do i sign up!?!?

That's without OT too so I suspect it'd be a lot more.

Man, if I got paid OT, I'd be doing a lot better.

Sadly enough, they make more than I do 🙁 IIRC, when Toyota was accepting apps to build their truck plant in San Antonio (I think it was), they said starting base salary for an assembly line worker was $23 an hour. That's about $48k a year.
