People working on assembly lines get paid a huge amount of money. $46,800 for 2 years of experience? No college degree necessary? I wonder how much they get paid with 10-15 years on the job.

That's it, I need to apply at Honda to work at their factory :p I could easily live on that kind of salary, not to mention the discount you'd get on cars :p

"Americans are big people, and they have large fingers,? said Toshikata Amino, a marketing executive dispatched to Ohio because he spoke English.

hahahaha, that's great.

OMG, I would so love to be Quality Control at a Honda engine plant. I know I'd be really good at it....

That's without OT too so I suspect it'd be a lot more.

Man, if I got paid OT, I'd be doing a lot better.

"Hmmm........no colors on the engine? Not enough HP....send this pack to the paint shop and have the wires painted red, the intake box blue, and the valve covers neon yellow."

Sadly enough, they make more than I do :( IIRC, when Toyota was accepting apps to build their truck plant in San Antonio (I think it was), they said starting base salary for an assembly line worker was $23 an hour. That's about $48k a year.
