Wait, now they're saying dark greens are bad for you?

I can't keep up with this stuff. So are Baconators ok now? There's no greens on it. I don't know what's in that special sauce though...

They're not bad for you but as NakedFrog said they are rich in vitamin K which can increase blood clotting factors. Vitamin K is also essential for building strong bones and preventing heart disease. You don't want too much nor too little vitamin k, there is a normal range just like blood glucose for example. If you eat a balanced diet you're probably ok. Your doctor can do a PT/INR test if you suspect your blood is clotting abnormally.
