Risk of addiction?

How addictive is Tylenol PM? Like if you take more than the recommended dose on a regular basis in order to sleep?

I dont think its addictive right? Its sold over the counter and all, but I dont really know anything on the topic so I might as well STFU... /ramble

you run the risk of not being able to sleep without it. Diphenhydramine HCL is actually a very altering drug.

So it's possible to become dependant, which is basically the same thing as addiction?
